Hi, I'm Lily :)

Born in Taiwan, I’ve spent over a decade studying and designing digital products across New York and London, working end-to-end on marketplaces, SaaS platforms, and early-stage startups. I’m drawn to complex systems and enjoy turning messy problems into intuitive, human-centered experiences.

For the past two years, I stepped away from traditional product roles to travel and consult independently, advising wellness startups and an Bali based yoga school on their digital products. That time deepened my understanding of how people relate to technology across cultures, environments, and emotional states.

Today, I’m exploring the intersection of human–AI interaction design, decentralized systems, and emerging product experiences through independent research and design.
